Kamber's design, named Aura Cebilon Unique, addresses the common issues associated with traditional reverse osmosis systems. One of the standout features of this design is its compact size, thanks to an interior storage tank. Unlike conventional systems that take up valuable space under the sink, Aura Cebilon Unique seamlessly integrates into any kitchen without compromising on performance.
Another major improvement is the ease of filter changes. With removable covers and a special filter design, replacing filters has never been simpler. The device also features a digital control panel that displays the remaining lifespan of the filters in gallons, providing users with a clear indication of when a change is needed. This eliminates the guesswork and ensures optimal performance at all times.
Unlike other reverse osmosis systems that adhere to fixed filter change intervals, regardless of usage, Aura Cebilon Unique takes a smarter approach. It only prompts filter changes when necessary, preventing unnecessary replacements and saving users both time and money.
Water leakage is a common concern with reverse osmosis systems, but Aura Cebilon Unique has a built-in warning system that detects leaks and prevents potential flooding. This feature provides peace of mind and safeguards against any unexpected accidents.
Furthermore, the design of Aura Cebilon Unique prioritizes the use of original filters, preventing the installation of imitated, low-quality filters. This ensures that users receive the highest level of filtration and eliminates any potential health risks associated with subpar filter replacements.
When it comes to the production process, Aura Cebilon Unique utilizes advanced technologies. Plastic injection is used to create the various components, with some parts produced using masterbatch and others painted electrostatically. The filter housings and caps are welded using spin welding, while ultrasonic welding is employed for other parts. Serigraphy is used for labeling, ensuring a durable and visually appealing finish.
Technical specifications of Aura Cebilon Unique include dimensions of 260 x 490 x 425 mm and a weight of 13.56 kg. It operates on 24 VDC voltage and has a drinking water production capacity of 250 liters per day, with a filtration/rejection rate of 96-98%.
The development of Aura Cebilon Unique began in April 2013 in Istanbul, Turkey, and was completed in July 2014. Production of the device commenced in January 2015, also in Istanbul, Turkey.
Recognized for its exceptional design and functionality, Aura Cebilon Unique received the Iron A' Design Award in the Home Appliances Design category in 2016. This prestigious accolade is bestowed upon designs that demonstrate innovation, practicality, and adherence to industry standards, contributing to a better world.
